The wear-resistant screen plate is made by bimetal composite surfacing welding process. Its surface hardness is 55-60HRC. It can extend the service life of the vibrating screen and increase the replacement and maintenance cycle of the screen plate. Its service life is four times that of ordinary high manganese steel plate. Wear-resistant screen plate is mainly used in gold mines, copper mines and other places.
