Highly customizable processing is supported. It can be cut into flat plates of specific sizes as required, or processed into forms such as arc plates and conical plates. It can also be made into components like liner plates, pipes, and crusher tooth plates through processes such as welding and curling. Additionally, it can be compounded with other materials to adapt to special working conditions.
Compared with ordinary steel plates, the wear resistance of wear-resistant plates is increased by 3-10 times, which can significantly extend the service life of key equipment components (for example, the replacement cycle of mine chutes has been extended from once a month to more than half a year). It reduces downtime maintenance and spare parts costs, and is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, engineering machinery and other fields with severe wear.
